1. Programme managed the launch of the Virgin Money financial services business, including developing from scratch the necessary sales and administration systems
2. Developed the web portal business to support the Virgin Money proposition
3. Developed, implemented and managed the supporting operational processes
4. Managed the build and launch of the Virgin One Account, taking the bare bones of the product idea and turning it into a working proposition
5. Formed the programme management team that took the Virgin brand into the financial services market the launch of Virgin Direct
6. For Virgin Direct we developed and implemented a full range of financial products, including pension, investments, life insurance and banking.
7. For Virgin Direct we implemented systems and processes to support a telephone and e-commerce business.
