Cepia was created and is run by its two senior partners - Vince Ballester and Richard Weir.

Vince and Richard have a wealth of experience and an impressive track record that embodies Cepia's USP - a unique blend of successful business design and programme management delivery, frequently in an entrepreneurial 'start-up' context demanding wider business acumen and understanding.

In addition, Cepia has access to a wide range of additional resources, enabling it to fill any gaps within clients' operations or indeed staff the entire project delivery team.
